The standard model and contents of the Form 100 has been modified by the Order of the Minister of Public Finances no. 1.122/2007 concerning the modification of the Order of the Minister of Public Finances no. 80/2007 for the approval of the standard model and contents of the Form 100 “Statement concerning the payment obligations to the consolidated general budget”, code 14.13.01.01/a – published in the Official Gazette, Part I no. 628 of 13/09/2007.
The payers of duties, taxes and contributions may use the sole account for the payment of the obligations to the state budget or the social insurances and special funds budgets if they fulfill cumulatively the following conditions:
- Do not have outstanding fiscal obligations at the date of performing the payment in the sole account;
- Submit the Form 100 “Statement concerning the payment obligations to the consolidated general budget” within the legal term.
- Perform the full payment within the legal term of the obligations owed to the state budget or the social insurances and special funds budgets declared in the Form 100 “Statement concerning the payment obligations to the consolidated general budget”
